Gippy Grewal New Movie Maa Overview

The actor, director, and producer Gippy Grewals’ next movie Maa is slated to release on 6th May. The actor has been occupied by the film promotion with his co-actor, Divya Datta.

She is playing the role of Maa in this film. Her transformation as a mother is amazing. The duo is all set and excited for their big release.

Gippy Grewal also shared some behind the scene pictures and videos with his director when they were cracking jokes.

The shoot of the film was done in villages of Punjab and some parts of England. The trailer promises to give a roller coaster ride of emotions. All the actors are totally in character.

The storyline seems promising. The film revolves around Divya data giving birth to one child but becoming the mother of two as her husband brings one homeless baby home. She pledges to take care of both the babies like her own.

The problems related to the acquisition are also shown when she is fighting like a boss. Both of her sons are shown differently in nature, and one stays back in their homeland while the other wants to pursue his dreams in the big city. 

Gippy Grewal said that it is difficult to portray the character of Maa, but Divya Datta has given full justice to the role. He further says he is very much connected to his mother and keeps teasing and joking around with her. He is very close to his mother. Hope, his mother likes his new film. He also says that the movie automatically performs well when the characters are suitable for the role.
